Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped. Delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
What are the shipping costs?
The exact shipping costs are shown in your cart or at checkout before you complete your order. Sometimes there are promotions with reduced or free shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
Orders are currently shipped only within the United States. International shipping is not available at the moment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you can find your tracking information in your customer account. There you can check the delivery status at any time.
Return
How long do I have to return items?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they meet the return conditions.
In what condition do items need to be for a return?
Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Signs of wear, stains or strong odors may lead to the return being rejected.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain products are usually excluded from returns, such as underwear, some swimwear, personalized items, or heavily discounted items if clearly marked as non-returnable.
How do I receive my refund and how long does it take?
After your return has been received and checked, the amount is usually refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Processing can take a few business days, and your payment provider may need additional time until the refund appears.

How do I find the right size?
Use the size guide on the product page. You’ll find measurements and fit information there. If you’re between two sizes, choosing the larger one often gives a more comfortable fit.
What materials are used?
The materials are listed on each product page, for example cotton, polyester, elastane or blends. There you can see what the item is made of and how to care for it.
Do the product colors match the photos?
The photos are intended to show the colors as accurately as possible. However, small differences can occur due to individual screen settings (brightness, contrast, color mode).
How should I care for the products?
Each item has a care label with specific washing instructions. In general, wash similar colors together, follow the recommended temperature, and be careful with tumble drying or high spin speeds for delicate materials.
